Heading 1 is the automatic tag for your page titles. The text in this paragraph is "normal". The page title will automaticallly appear in your content so it is not necessary to retype it in the body field.

Heading 3 should only be used if nested under a heading 2. Following this nesting system will keep your website content looking organized and in compliance with accessibility standards.
The helpful hint title is normal text that is bolded by using the toolbar in the edit window. Clean formatting tags out of content pasted from Microsoft Word, first paste the text into Note Pad. Copy it from Note Pad and then paste it into your website. This will remove all tags so that the CSS on your site that regulates colors, styles, spacing, etc. will not be overridden.
